Lori McDowell personally coaches each participant, drawing on her experience as an award-winning international and TedX speaker, and on training with respected leaders in communication, voice, and performance.

Her coaching is informed by work with Steve Jarding, a renowned communication expert and former Harvard Kennedy School lecturer known for teaching leaders how to craft messages with clarity, strategy, and influence. She has also trained with Steven Memmel, an internationally recognized voice and performance coach who helps speakers embody presence and authenticity on stage, and Jase Souder, a nationally known speaker and coach who focuses on turning powerful messages into meaningful impact and opportunity.

This coaching blends strategic message development, storytelling, and presence—supporting you in delivering a talk that feels grounded, confident, and unmistakably your own.
